Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy Services
My general approach to therapy is to help clients to connect with themselves and others in a deeper way so that they can lead more whole-hearted and fulfilled lives. I offer a variety of therapy services for couples, individuals, and families including premarital and prebaby therapy, couple/marital enrichment, play therapy for children and families, mindful parenting, and mindfulness coaching. I also facilitate the Mindful Transition to Parenthood Program for couples expecting their first child. I am trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator as well.

Marriage and Family Therapy Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for therapists working towards their LMFT credential in the state of North Carolina. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I also have experience as a supervision mentor - if you are wanting supervision of supervision to become trained as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I am currently offering these services online.

Mindfulness Instruction
I am trained as a mindfulness instructor, teacher, and facilitator. I have 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness to wide varieties of students, clients, and educational audiences. Introduction to Mindfulness
Time: Mondays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm June 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd; Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm June 27th.
Cost: $245 per person; register with a friend, family member or partner for $425 for two; $150 for students (with a valid ID)
Location: The Resiliency Center in Flourtown, PA
Registration deadline is May 25th. I recommend registering early as this group has been full with a waitlist each time I have offered it.

Research on mindfulness has shown that it can help improve quality of life, relationships, and physical and mental health. In this program, you will receive instructions in a supportive group format with the guidance of an experienced teacher. You will also learn about mindfulness meditation and how to be more mindfulness in your daily life.

January 25th from 2:00pm-3:30pm
Cost: FREE!
In this workshop you will learn brain-based parenting strategies to:
* improve effective communication
* promote emotional intelligence
* encourage resilience
* connect deeply with your child
* co-parent more effectively
The workshop will include experiential activities and resources for parents to further their learning. We will discuss ways to promote self-care for parents, and how to handle common parenting difficulties. Specific tools will be presented for a variety of age groups – from infants through teenagers. This workshop is appropriate for new and experienced parents, expecting parents, grandparents, caregivers, and professionals – really anyone who is interested in learning about this approach to parenting and child care.
